TurkeyPortal respects your right to request deletion of personal information that you have provided through our website, Instagram account, messaging channels, forms, and related services.

How to Request Deletion
If you want TurkeyPortal to delete personal information associated with you, please send a deletion request by email to:
Use the subject:
Data Deletion Request
In your message, please include enough information for us to identify your records, such as:
- Your full name
- Your Instagram username, if applicable
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if previously provided
- The email address you used to contact us, if applicable
- A short description of the information you want deleted
Please do not send passwords or other sensitive authentication information.
Instagram and Meta Data
If your request concerns information received through Instagram or Meta services, please include your Instagram username or other information that helps us identify the relevant conversation or record.
TurkeyPortal may use Instagram and Meta APIs to receive and respond to messages and comments sent to our official accounts.
What We Will Do
After receiving a valid deletion request, TurkeyPortal will review the request and delete or anonymize eligible personal information from systems under our control, including relevant customer relationship management and communication records, where applicable.
Information We May Need to Retain
In some cases, we may retain limited information when required for:
- Legal or regulatory obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Security
- Accounting or financial recordkeeping
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
- Other legitimate obligations permitted by applicable law
Where retention is required, we will limit the retained information to what is necessary.
